Элемент, который позволяет ассоциировать с определяемой ссылкой какую-либо информацию в формате, ориентированном на пользователя. Содержимое такого элемента может быть произвольным. Оно может, например, характеризовать некоторые свойства ссылки. Ссылка, о которой идет речь, определяется ссылочным элементом, которому подчинен данный элемент типа заголовка. В содержимое ссылочного элемента может включаться несколько элементов типа заголовка. Атрибут type для элементов такого типа имеет значение title.
